Items marked as "Choir" are choral arrangements designed for ensemble performance by a group of choir members. Our agreements with publishers require us to sell choral octavos in specific minimum quantities, which is an industry-wide standard implemented by choral music publishers, composers, and arrangers. This policy helps to ensure choirs purchase the appropriate number of copies be purchased (including those for singers, accompanists, and directors) to legally perform a piece.
While the minimum number of copies required may vary from publisher to publisher, it is generally around 8-10 copies.
Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust minimum quantities to accommodate ensembles with fewer members.
Returns of Products Sold as Part of a Minimum Purchase Requirement.
When purchasing products that are subject to a minimum quantity requirement, please note that these items are sold as part of a set or bundle. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you change your mind, you are welcome to return the products. However, to comply with our returns policy, all items that were part of the minimum purchase requirement must be returned together. Partial returns of such orders are not accepted unless specific items are faulty.
If one or more items in the bundle are defective, do not match their description, or fail to meet your expected standards of quality and performance, you may be entitled to a return or exchange for those specific items, in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please ensure that all items to be returned are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and labelling. The return of complete orders should be initiated within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund
