If something’s wrong with your download


If your digital content is faulty or not as described, we’ll first offer a repair or replacement. If that isn’t possible or doesn’t resolve the issue, we’ll provide a price reduction or refund.


Changing your mind (cooling-off period)


For digital content not supplied on a physical disc, you normally have 14 days to cancel. However, if you choose to download or stream immediately and give clear consent, you lose the right to cancel once the download/stream begins. We’ll make this clear before you start.


Subscriptions / digital services


Purchases made online usually come with a 14-day cancellation window. If you ask us to start the service straight away, we may charge pro-rata for what you’ve used before cancellation. You can stop future renewals in your account settings.

How to get help

  • Share your order number, account email, device/OS, and a brief description of the issue.

  • We’ll guide you through any quick fixes, then arrange a replacement, reduction or refund where required.

Non-UK customers

If you live outside of the UK, your local consumer rights apply. In particular, you have similar remedies for non-conforming digital content (bring into conformity, price reduction, or contract termination where appropriate), and the same withdrawal exception once immediate download/streaming starts with your consent.
