If you've changed your mind, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital content bought online. If you didn’t consent to immediate access and haven’t started the download, you can cancel within 14 days for a refund. If your digital sheet music is faulty or not as described, we’ll help fix the issue. Where a repair or replacement isn’t possible or doesn’t resolve it, we’ll offer a price reduction or refund for the affected item. This is a plain-English summary and doesn’t affect your statutory rights. Local consumer laws may also apply outside the UK.

How can I tell if an item is Digital or something that would be mailed?

  • Digital products are clearly marked as digital in four places on their product pages and are labeled "available instantly." Digital products have no shipping fees—if you see shipping fees in your order, you are not purchasing a digital product.

  • Physical (hard-copy) items do not indicate they are digital and always show a lead time from our warehouse, such as "Usually leaves our warehouse in: ". These products will require a shipping address at checkout and may take time to arrive based on availability and your chosen shipping method. Please note that many items on our website may not have both digital and hard-copy versions.
