To access your SMP Plus subscription details, visit www.sheetmusicplus.com, click My Account at the top of the page, then go to Subscription.
If a Subscription option does not appear in your menu, no active subscription is present on the account.
This will open your Subscription Information page, similar to the example shown below.
Here you can view all the details of your subscription. To cancel your SMP Plus subscription, click the “Manage Your Subscription” button near the bottom of the page.
A pop-up window will appear following this. To cancel your subscription, select 'Cancel Membership'. Be sure to select the same option on the second pop-up window that follows.
Once your SMP Plus subscription has successfully been canceled, the Status will show “Canceled” for the remainder of your subscription duration.
You are able to make use of your SMP Plus subscription and its benefits for one month following your subscription Ends On date, which will indicate when the most recent payment was received. At the end of your current billing period, you will also receive an email confirming your subscription cancelation.
