For deliveries in the United Kingdom, we work with Evri and UPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery. All shipments are fully tracked to the delivery point for both the sender and receiver. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your order's tracking number.
When do delivery timeframes start?
The delivery option you choose reflects the time in transit after dispatch. We prepare your order first; once it leaves us, the carrier timeframe begins. You’ll receive a dispatch email confirming your parcel is on its way (including a tracking link where available).

Working days: Timeframes are in working days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK bank holidays).
Mixed orders: If your basket contains items with different availability, we may ship them together or in separate parcels; delivery time applies from each parcel’s dispatch.
International: Customs and local carrier processes can add time beyond the quoted transit estimate.
Tracking: Your tracking link (where available) is included in your dispatch email.
You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery online using the Evri tracking portal. Additionally, you can sign up for SMS notifications via Evri to receive updates on the status of your package.
Orders with Express delivery must be placed before 2pm for guaranteed next working day delivery, and on Friday before 12pm for Saturday delivery

For larger instruments that exceed dimensions of over 72 x 70 x 62cm in size and 120cm maximum length we only offer express delivery options in the United Kingdom fulfilled by UPS. This ensures that your larger instruments are handled with care and delivered to you safely and efficiently.
