When do delivery timeframes start? The delivery option you choose reflects the time in transit after dispatch. We prepare your order first; once it leaves us, the carrier timeframe begins. You’ll receive a dispatch email confirming your parcel is on its way (including a tracking link where available).

Working days: Timeframes are in working days

Processing vs delivery: Processing time varies by item and stock status. Delivery time starts after dispatch.

Mixed orders: If your basket contains items with different availability, we may ship them together or in separate parcels; delivery time applies from each parcel’s dispatch.

Customs and local carrier processes can add time beyond the quoted transit estimate.

Tracking: Your tracking link (where available) is included in your dispatch email.
