When am I eligible for a refund?
You can request a refund if:
You return an eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order
The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging
The item is faulty, damaged, or not as described

Returning items purchased with minimum quantity requirements
Some products are sold as part of a minimum purchase requirement.
If you return these items:
All items in the set must usually be returned together
Partial returns may only be accepted if an item is faulty
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return reaches us and is checked:
We aim to process refunds within 14 days
After processing, funds usually appear within 3–7 working days
Credit card refunds can take longer, depending on your bank
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Return delivery charges
If your return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item, we’ll cover reasonable return costs
For unwanted items, return postage costs are your responsibility

After we’ve processed your refund, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds to your account.
This is typically:
3–7 working days for most payment methods
Up to one billing cycle (up to 30 days) for some credit cards
These timings are set by your bank or card issuer and are outside our control.
Digital products
Digital items may be eligible for refund if:
The digital product has not been downloaded, and
You have not started accessing or using the content
Requests are reviewed to protect copyright and licensing rights.
