Order Processing and Dispatch - US & ROW Orders

Lead Time

Lead times refer to the estimated time it takes for products to leave our warehouse. The lead times are listed on the product page, above the 'add' to basket'. Read more → Stock Status & Availability

Most products are in stock and ship within 24 hours, but some may need to be ordered from publishers or manufacturers first. Lead times vary based on factors like publisher delays or shipping time. These are estimates and do not account for any unforeseen delays at the publisher, manufacturer, or during transport.

Expedited Shipping and Lead Time Items:

Expedited shipping speeds up delivery from our warehouse to you, but does not reduce the time it takes for products to arrive from publishers. Example: For example, if an item has a 4-6 week lead time, you’ll need to wait for it to reach our warehouse before we can ship it Overnight to you.

We are unable to rush product from publishers to our warehouse upon request.

Orders with Lead-time Items - Splitting Shipments or Rushing In-stock Items

Orders ship only when all items have arrived in our warehouse. If an order includes items with lead times (e.g., anything other than "Usually leaves our warehouse in: 24 hours"), the entire order may be held until the last item arrives. Unfortunately, we are unable to split shipments upon request. If customers wish to order in-stock and lead-time items, and do not wish to wait for all items to arrive in our warehouse, separate orders must be placed to accommodate those needs.

Note: In some instances, we may send your order in separate shipments due to unexpected changes in product availability. In these cases, you will not be charged extra for the service.

Unexpected Changes to Availability

If an item is discontinued after your order is placed, you’ll receive an automated email notifying you of its cancellation. If only part of your order is affected, the remaining items will ship as they become available. You’ll be refunded for canceled items.

Temporarily unavailable items will be delayed, while unavailable items are automatically cancelled.

The following are the most common reasons for changes in availability:

Item Delayed Due to Supplier Out-Of-Stock:

An item may be delayed if the supplier is temporarily out of stock due to high demand or if the item is temporarily discontinued. You can cancel your order anytime before receiving the shipping notification contacting us via our Chatbot on our website with your order number and the item(s) you wish to cancel.

Item Cancelled Due to Supplier Out-Of-Stock:

The item has been canceled due to uncertain availability from the supplier, who cannot provide a reliable restock date. You may try reordering in 6-8 weeks, though availability is not guaranteed.

Item Cancelled Due to Discontinuation:

The item has been discontinued and is no longer available. Items may be discontinued due to factors like low demand or copyright issues. We remove discontinued items from our catalog as soon as we are informed by their publishers.
