We offer two types of account closures, and we want to provide you with information about each so you can make an informed decision:
Account Closure (deactivation): Deactivates the account, making it inaccessible for logging in. If you decide to reactivate the account in the future, you can contact our Customer Service team, and we can assist with reactivation. Order history, Digital Library, and other account details will be preserved. If you would like your account closed, please reply to this email.
Account Delete (erasure): Once the account is closed, you will lose access to any purchases made under the account. If you wish to access your Digital Library one last time, please do so by visiting the Digital Library and logging into your account.
How to request
Contact us via the web widget on our website. Select Privacy/Data request (if available) and use the subject “Account closure” or “Account deletion.”
Please include your full name, account email, billing postcode, and (if applicable) a recent order number. We’ll verify your identity and respond within one month.
