How to return or exchange an item—eligibility, timeframes and refunds.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love everything you order, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Whether it’s a product that didn’t meet your expectations or something that arrived in less-than-perfect condition, we’re here to make the returns process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Returns of Products Sold as Part of a Minimum Purchase Requirement.

When purchasing products that are subject to a minimum quantity requirement, please note that these items are sold as part of a set or bundle. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you change your mind, you are welcome to return the products. However, to comply with our returns policy, all items that were part of the minimum purchase requirement must be returned together. Partial returns of such orders are not accepted unless specific items are faulty.

If one or more items in the bundle are defective, do not match their description, or fail to meet your expected standards of quality and performance, you may be entitled to a return or exchange for those specific items, in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please ensure that all items to be returned are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and labelling. The return of complete orders should be initiated within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund.



​Returning an Unwanted Item

We know that occasionally a product might not be the right fit for you. If you need to return an unwanted item, we can accept your request if the following conditions are met:

  • Condition of Items:

    • Items must be unopened and in their original condition, including all packaging.

    • If opened, items must be in perfect, re-sellable condition with all original packaging intact.

    • If the item is damaged or defective on arrival, it must still be returned with its original packaging intact.

  • Timeframe:

    • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your return meets these conditions, we’ll issue a full refund for the price you paid. To get started, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Returning Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrived or becomes defective or damaged, we want to make things right as quickly as possible.

  • Within 30 Days of Delivery:

    • Please return the item with its original packaging and all included accessories, warranty cards, manuals, or licenses.

    • Make sure to include a full description of the fault in the returns form.

  • After 30 Days of Delivery:

    • We understand that you may no longer have the original packaging. In this case, please securely package the item with appropriate protection and include a detailed description of the fault so we can process your return.

Return Delivery Charges

  • If your return is due to an error on our part or because the item is defective or damaged, we will arrange either a free collection or refund the reasonable delivery charges you incur.

  • If the return is due to any other reason (e.g., unwanted items), you will be responsible for the return delivery charges. For peace of mind, we recommend using a recorded delivery service.

Note for non-UK customers: Local consumer laws apply in your country. This policy is a general guide; mandatory local rights will take precedence.

How to Return an Item

We aim to make the returns process as smooth as possible:

Start Your Return:

  • Contact us via our chatbot to request a Returns Number. This number is essential for ensuring your return can be processed. We’ll also provide the correct return address and next steps at the same time.

  • Prepare Your Package:

    • Print and complete the returns form. In the case of a defective item, please provide a full description of the fault in the form.

    • Include the completed form securely inside the package.

    • Return the item in its original packaging whenever necessary. For defective or damaged items after 30 days, please use an alternative that ensures safe transit.

Refund timings

  • Please allow time for your return to arrive and be checked into our warehouse.

  • We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving your return.

  • After processing, funds typically appear in 3–7 days; credit cards may take up to one billing cycle (up to 30 days).

  • Posting times are set by your bank/card issuer and are outside our control.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

    Important Reminder

  • Returns should be sent back to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund to be issued.

  • Including your Returns Number is essential for us to process your refund. Failing to include this detail could unfortunately prevent us from being able to issue your refund.
