Lead Time
Lead times refer to the estimated time it takes for products to leave our warehouse. The lead times are listed on the product page, above the 'add' to basket'. Read more → Stock Status & Availability
Most products are in stock and ship within 24 hours, but some may need to be ordered from publishers or manufacturers first. Lead times vary based on factors like publisher delays or shipping time. These are estimates and do not account for any unforeseen delays at the publisher, manufacturer, or during transport.
Expedited Shipping and Lead Time Items:
Expedited shipping speeds up delivery from our warehouse to you, but does not reduce the time it takes for products to arrive from publishers. Example: if an item has a 4-6 week lead time, you’ll need to wait for it to reach our warehouse before we can ship it overnight to you.
We are unable to rush product from publishers to our warehouse upon request.
Orders with Special Order Items - Splitting Shipments
If an order is placed containing both In Stock items and Special Order items, any In Stock items will be sent immediately to you on an initial shipment, with the remaining items being marked as on 'Back-Order'.
Once any of the Special Order items arrive for your order, these will also be sent immediately to you on a further shipment, and may result in several further shipments if you have many items with different lead times.
You will not be charged any extra shipping fees for such additional parcels.
Note: For particularly distant or remote destinations away from our European warehouses, we may hold your order until all items have arrived due to the high delivery costs involved in sending to that location.

Unexpected Changes to Availability
If an item is discontinued after your order is placed, you’ll receive an automated email notifying you of its cancellation. If only part of your order is affected, the remaining items will ship as they become available. You’ll be refunded for cancelled items.
Temporarily unavailable items will be delayed, while unavailable items are automatically cancelled.
The following are the most common reasons for changes in availability:
Item Delayed Due to Supplier Out-Of-Stock:
An item may be delayed if the supplier is temporarily out of stock due to high demand or if the item is temporarily discontinued.
You can request to cancel your order at any time before receiving the shipping notification by contacting us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to cancel. We will do our best to process the cancellation before the order is dispatched.
If the order has already shipped by the time we receive your request, you can still return the item within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns Terms and Conditions.
Item Cancelled Due to Supplier Out-Of-Stock:
The item has been cancelled due to uncertain availability from the supplier, who cannot provide a reliable restock date. You may try reordering in 6-8 weeks, though availability is not guaranteed.
Item Cancelled Due to Discontinuation:
The item has been discontinued and is no longer available. Items may be discontinued due to factors like low demand or copyright issues. We remove discontinued items from our catalog as soon as we are informed by their publishers.
